CHECK IN
Check-in will be at the dorms. If you need to check-in outside of the times below, please email Max at coordinator@splicemusic.org. You’ll pick up your key card and parking pass (if you requested one) at your dorm, and then you can head to your room to get settled.
Check-in times: Saturday 6-8 pm
If you are arriving later than that, please email both Max at coordinator@splicemusic.org and SPLICE Music <institute@splicemusic.org> ASAP. We will make arrangements for us or someone else to meet you to check you in.
Social Media
Help us get the word out about everything that is going on with SPLICE. Connect with us online and share your Institute experience with your followers. We are on Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram at @spliceorg. #SPLICE2025
DISCORD
If you have not already, make sure to join the Discord. Rather than email, Discord will be the primary communication tool during the Institute. You can find information about each workshop on Discord, including software to download and other information. Make sure you check out the information for each workshop you are in.
Opening Evening Activities
At 6 pm on Sunday evening, we will all meet at the Old Goat, which is walkable from the Dalton Center. Food and drinks at this meeting have not been prepaid.
At this gathering we will play a game of Human Bingo to get to know each other. In order to to have your information included on the bingo card, you should have filled out the questionnaire sent in an earlier communication. If you have not, never fear, you can still participate!
